Prabandhan: Indian Journal of Management (PIJM) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed monthly journal published in English since 2008. It publishes research across diverse areas of management, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, International Business, Knowledge Management, Environmental Management, Data Analysis and Decision Making, Technology and Operations Management, Strategic Decision Making, Ethics in Management, and Corporate Governance, among others, providing a platform where academicians and practicing managers exchange ideas that advance management research and practice.
